I've had the pleasure of hiring Aileen not once, but twice. I started working with Aileen when I was considering a career change. At the time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay in my existing role, or consider something new. After a few sessions, the entire world went into lockdown due to the global pandemic. I couldn't have navigated my career during the pandemic without Aileen's coaching. In the process of working with Aileen, she taught me how to shift perspective. It's a skill that I now use with ease and has served me well in both my personal and professional life. I also learned to see situations with more nuance, to stay in the discomfort in order to see what else is there, and what I found is a broader, more expansive framework to help me navigate life and work.
