The first six months are a critical time for a newly hired or promoted executive. 50% to 70% of executives fail within 18 months of taking on a role. I help to ensure successful transitions by helping leaders quickly become effective, connected, and confident in their new roles.
Women in Tech
I have a special passion for supporting women in technology, and reserve part of my practice for women. I know what it is like to often be the only woman in the room, and almost always the most senior woman in the room. I help leaders navigate all that entails and expand their impact, while staying true to themselves.
