I’m an executive coach. My goal is to help people grow and thrive as they navigate opportunities and challenges.

I come to Executive Coaching after 20 years in leadership positions at some of the most innovative and influential tech companies in the world, including Amazon and Groupon. I have held leadership roles in product management, software engineering, and general management. I have led teams of over 300 people, delivered massive initiatives, led through times of both growth and contraction, and always prided myself on building high functioning teams and growing great leaders. Throughout my career, I was known as a leader who consistently drove significant business impact while always conducting myself with integrity and humanity.

I took a hiatus from work in 2018 (a practice I have every 7 years or so) to take stock and figure out what to do next. I had previously had the opportunity to work with an executive coach myself, and knew what a profound impact it can have. After much reflection, I realized that I wanted to do my favorite part of prior jobs — coaching and growing people — as my life’s work. Coaching also enables me to have the control and autonomy I was seeking.

I trained in coaching through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Since then, coaching has become a true joy and passion. I’ve coached clients at tech companies large and small, including Google, Amazon, Facebook, Groupon, and various startups. My practice focuses on the challenges common to leadership everywhere, as well as challenges unique to tech.

I work with clients to discover what is important to them, define goals that really matter, and figure out how to get there. Often this involves helping people see things from a new and different perspective, which in turn changes the way they behave, and ultimately impacts what is possible. Changing perspectives can also ignite new energy and passion and allow us to let go of old stories that are holding us back.

My degree is in Computer Science and I studied at Stanford and Cornell.

I currently reside in Boulder, CO, after spending years in Seattle and the Bay Area. I am a voracious reader, and enjoy hiking, skiing, playing board games, and goofing around with my husband and two daughters. I am learning to play the guitar.
